I, like many, was fond of Pam and enjoyed giving her a lift or having our conversations together. She was a most thoughtful and perceptive person and could span generations.

Pam was an amazing person and I'm really pleased to have known her. My first allotment was not very far from hers on Tenantry Down and she gave me no end of good advice when I first started up there. From the blustery planting of the apple tree for Fred to the digging over of the first BHOGG allotment, I remember her with fondness.

Pam was a truly loveable person - and the funny thing was that she was always grateful for how nice and generous everyone was to her, not realising that it would have been impossible not to have responded in kind to her own warmth and generosity. And I'll miss the Melting Moment biscuits.

Of all the flowers in the garden, Pam was the hardy perrenial that bloomed all summer long. She was a role model to us all with her positive attitude and warm personality. Her brightness will never fade in my memory.

Although I only knew Pam for a comparatively short time, she seemed a very generous and considerate person. A great loss.

Very sad news. She was a very sweet woman, very generous.

Definately God bless her. She certainly made me feel welcome with her smile xxxx

May she be in peace wherever she is, and wishing comfort for her friends and family.

Pam was, and still is, an inspiration and was always game for a laugh as this photo shows.
After one of our regular get togethers at The Phoenix, one of the guys offered to help Pam into her coat from the hat rack. For a laugh, he helped her into Jeff's motorbike jacket which she was happy to pose in!
We miss you Pam and will always remember you in the garden.
